A very comfortable apartment with good and modern facilities, close to the Marina and the Parque de los Novios. A beautiful view of the peaceful sea of Santa Marta. I recommend the hotel.

The property is very well kept, nicely furnished and close to the marina and the old city, there appears to be a problem with the public sewerage and it rained 1 day and there was dirty water that smelled terrible for two or three days. Its was throughout the entire city. Very disappointing .

The apartments are beautiful much bigger than anticipated, could easily and comfortably fit four adults and 1 to 2 kids. They all have an amazing balcony with spectacular views to the bay, all the facilities like a kitchen, washing machine, for those on longer stays. Incredibly well located in a safe area of the town, within a short walk of the beautiful downtown where there are a ton of great restaurants and to the waterfront. The building is connected to a Hotel and you can enjoy all the facilities from the hotel like the pool, bars, restaurants, gym, spa. We were traveling with a large group and enjoyed a chill afternoon with drinks, food and massages by the pool one of the highlights of our trip. The staff running the appartments are very nice eager to help, give recommendations and make sure you are enjoying the most of the beautiful place that is Santa Marta.

Overall a very good experience. The suite was lovely and having access to hotel amenities was a bonus. Only a couple of minor issues not worth mentioning. For the price, it doesn’t get much better. Highly recommend.

Excellent choice. Without a doubt my first option when I visit Santa Marta again. The property is really good, the apartments are in great condition with beautiful views. You cant compare a regular room vs having your own balcony with ocean views. That said, the best part is the personnel. The team really go above and beyond to serve you and the communication is almost immediate, that really makes a difference. Also, they are really flexible looking to accommodate all your requests (resonable requests). The hotel shares the 4th floor with the AC Marriott, therefore you have all the ammenities needed. Truly an amazing experience from beggining to end.

Awesome Place!

Amazing stay. If I must find one thing is that on the last night of my stay, my key card did not open my room door. I had to go to the reception for them to re-code it. Nevertheless, the room was perfect, staff friendly, location great. Definitely will be back.

Our stay was perfect from an easy, friendly, informative check-in to a no-fuss check out. The apartment was new, very clean, spacious with 2 full size bathrooms. It had all needed appliances, including a washer/dryer. The views from the balconies were amazing. The access to the pull, bar and restaurant on Marriott Hotel’s property was a great addition to our stay. It’s also conveniently located to the historic center and just a block from the marina and the beach. Highly recommend it.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel lors de notre visite à Santa Marta, et il y a eu des points positifs comme négatifs. Tout d'abord, la localisation est extraordinaire : en plein cœur de Santa Marta, avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et la mer. Le stationnement gratuit et accessible est un vrai plus, tout comme le système de sécurité avec des employés qui ouvrent la porte à l’entrée. Une autre belle surprise : une petite épicerie mignonne juste au coin, très pratique pour les achats de dernière minute. Cependant, plusieurs aspects nous ont déçus. Il n’y avait pas de service de ménage durant notre séjour, ce qui nous a obligés à demander du papier de toilette lorsque nous en avons manqué. Cela ressemble davantage à une formule Airbnb qu’à un hôtel classique. La piscine est magnifique, mais il manque cruellement d’ombre, ce qui rend les longues périodes au bord de l’eau inconfortables. Côté restauration, la sélection de cocktails au bar de la piscine est assez limitée, et le menu du restaurant affilié au Marriott à côté est très ordinaire. De plus, le service aux chambres est lent et compliqué. Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel offre une localisation idéale et quelques points forts, mais il pourrait grandement améliorer certains aspects pour se rapprocher de l’expérience hôtelière attendue.
