The living room and master bedroom each have a 43" Smartcast HDTV. The second bedroom has a 32" Smartcast HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped and newly stocked with everything needed for your stay.

The unit is Non-Smoking. Pets are not allowed.

Beachside Villas complex amenities include 2 outdoor swimming pools (heated), 2 lighted tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, corn hole game, multiple outdoor grills, deck on adjoining lake, wash-off showers, and immediate boardwalk access to the most beautiful beach in the world!

Beachside Villas is ideally located away from the crowds but convenient to many of the activities that routinely bring people back to this part of the Panhandle. Fabulous, award-winning restaurants are nearby. For those new to the 30A area, in addition to the beach, it is a fabulous location for biking, walking, hiking, and paddleboarding with access to paths, trails, and lakes. The property is bordered to the east by Deer Lake and to the west by Eastern Lake. The Seaside community, also on 30A, is less than a 5-minute drive and other 30A communities of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Grayton Beach are easily accessible by bike or car. Top golf courses are located nearby including Camp Creek and Santa Rosa Golf Club. To the west is Destin, home to the Silver Sands Factory shopping outlet. Panama City Beach is 15 miles to the east and is home to Pier Park, a mega-outdoor shopping mall with more than a million square feet of specialty shops, restaurants, and a movie theater.

The owner has a local representative who can assist with any maintenance issues that might arise. The owner is very hands-on and makes multiple trips throughout the year to make sure the unit is as it should be for enjoyment by the guests.

The entire Beachside Villas complex recently received a nice fresh look including: new hardie siding and paint, new windows, and new sliding glass patio doors as well as resurfaced tennis and pickleball courts!
