Sijaitsee Sea Grove Beach vain 2 kilometrin päässä Seaside ja 6 kilometrin päässä Rosemary Beach. Suoraan pyörätiellä ja kadun toisella puolella kauniilta Meksikonlahdelta. Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen 1. 5 kylpy kaupunkiasunto on noin 4 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä ovesta hiekkaan. Hyvällä maulla sisustettu beachy tuntuu, että olet erittäin mukava täällä! Myös sohva nukkuja tekee majoitusta jopa 6 henkilöä erittäin mukava.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Seagrove Beach East. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla ulkouima-allas ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Great little getaway for the price

My daughter and I stayed here for a few nights before I dropped her off to stay with her Dad in Seaside. As a single mom, I needed something more affordable than seaside but just as convenient and safe. It was everything and more! The complex is very quaint and quiet. Just close enough of a walk to the beach with our gear. Multiple restaurants were right in front of the complex as well as ice cream… nail salon… general store and more! A market for groceries was the one thing I’d say wasn’t within 5 minutes of walking distance. The one negative thing I’d note is the cleanliness of the place. The kitchen and main bathroom have been updated, but the carpet upstairs has seen better days. I also noticed what looked like black mold on the ceiling in the main bathroom and on parts of the outside porches. I also gave 3 stars on communication with the owners only because I did not receive, nor did I need to reach out to them. Check-in/check-out info was easy and the place had everything I could have asked for. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Excellent Stay in 30A

This was our 4th time in 30A and our first time with just our two littles (ages 3 and 5) and no grandparents. The location was fantastic- as previously described a short 4-5 min walk from the front door to the beach entry. This was a great place to stay for our small family- the unit was very clean, the beds were very comfortable- the AC worked perfectly. Communication with the owner was easy, timely and she answered all of our questions. We can't wait to come back and will absolutely stay here again if the owner will have us!

Father’s Day Weekend

The condo is very close to Good Restaurants like Café Thirty-A, The Perfect Pig and Mi Casita Mexican Grill. Walking distance to the beach is very convenient. We’re definitely going back to this place next year.

Good location

Good location and nice unit but unit needs updating. Cable TV remote did not allow you to see menu of all channel available so we had to enter each channel in by number manually from a list provided. Bed and couch were very comfortable. Upstairs carpeting needs replacing.

Great place and location!

We really enjoyed staying here. Easy to walk wherever you would like to go and the screened in back porch was perfect to sit and not be in the hustle and bustle of the main road. Loved it!

In the Center of Everything!

This property was incredibly easy to head off from and reach so many hubs! Seaside! Rosemary Beach! The nearby public beach access. The house was convenient, comfortable, and featured so many amenities. My friend and I were able to fully enjoy this vacation thanks to this property!

Great family getaway!

Good location for a quick fall break getaway - easy access, good communication with the owner, all the needed features/amenities (incl. beach chairs and a few small sand toys available for use--not to mention pool access, which is a must for our kiddos). Convenient to the beach, many restaurants, grocery store, etc. We had a blast!

Visiting Seagrove again

This is our yearly vacation spot and as before, we had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect for our family. We didn’t get a chance to walk through nature trail. Maybe next time.

Great vacation property!

This is an excellent property in a very convenient, yet quiet location. Communication with the owner was excellent, with very quick replies to all communications about our stay. The unit is very well kept and easy to access with a short 5 minute walk to the beach access point. There are several nearby restaurants and small shops, too, all within an easy walking distance. Cassine Village has two very nice pools, tennis courts, and a great nature trail to walk through. It's a great location overall!

Home away from home

Property was just like the pictures. However, the first time I saw the picture that leads towards the nature trails and the beach was not in reality from the back door of the property. You actually had to walk about 5 minutes to the beach and trails. (Little deceiving)
