Upon your first step onto the expansive front porch, you will be tempted to stop and rock and relax in the inviting rocking chairs. In fact, every room in the home opens onto the front porch or the second floor balcony. Just a visual reminder that it’s time to relax. You’re on vacation.
When you step inside you first see the spacious family-size living room. There you find a large, flat screen television, a library wall filled with books and games, as well as a table for 4 that can be used for dining or for your favorite family game.

Just around the corner, beyond the centrally located staircase (with an open view into the kitchen) you will find yourself in the large kitchen and dining area, with seating for 6. The kitchen offers granite countertops and a large cooking island with cooktop and oven. There is also a half bath on the first floor.

All 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor. The Queen Primary Suite is bright and cheerfully decorated with many reminders that you are at the beach. Off the primary you’ll find a private bath with combination tub/shower. The 2nd primary is also a queen. It overlooks the Westside Pool which is just across the street. The 3rd Bedroom is a kid-friendly suite that’s colorfully decorated and offers plenty of room for the children to sleep and play when they’re not at the beach or the pool. There’s sleeping room for 3 here with twin over full bunkbed with a trundle.
