Welcome to 'Western Lake Wonder!'
This house truly has everything anyone could want in a vacation home - from the decked out complimentary 6-seater LSV, 6 complimentary bikes, private pool, multiple porches for relaxing after a day at the beach, game room, gourmet open concept chef's kitchen, expansive living spaces, and sleeping up to 28 - it is an absolute vacation DREAM home for a large family or groups! Situated right on Scenic Highway 30A in phase 1 of WaterColor, this house is in an ultra-prime location (you may not even use your car once)!
It is equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, gorgeous custom designer coastal decor, outdoor spaces perfect for entertaining, dining, and relaxing, plus complimentary board games for the family's enjoyment - this loaded home has everything to make memories that will last a lifetime! There are also complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas for guests' use (or you can arrange for beach chair setup through WaterColor).
This spacious home has a very open-concept floor plan with plenty of space for all ages to spread out comfortably. The home boasts marble counter tops throughout, a massive breakfast bar with seating and eat-in kitchen, adjoining butler's pantry, a spacious dining area with doors that open to the outside, a separate sitting room off the entry, a private heated pool and large TV, a separate carriage house, and more!
The main house has 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths, which includes 2 spacious primary suites- one of which has its own private balcony overlooking 30A. Two of the bedrooms have bunk beds (one with 4 Twins and one with 4 Queens) which are great for families with plenty of kids. The third floor has a TV and game area that includes a ping pong table and Queen-size sleeper sofa. The carriage house has 1 Queen bedroom and another full bathroom, and its own living area with a Queen-size sleeper sofa, kitchen, and laundry.
When taking a break from enjoying the wonderful WaterColor amenities, this house has a picturesque outdoor living space complete with a private heated swimming pool, grilling area, 75-inch outdoor TV, and lounge seating. Alternatively, retreat to one of the two swing beds on the front porch to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

This house comes with a maximum of 18 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number. All guests 5 years and older are required to have a valid wristband for entry into all Watercolor amenities.

Guest access
The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.
The Beach Club is literally steps from the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking! Camp WaterColor is about a 5-minute LSV ride. The ultra desirable and stunning President's Row location of this home cannot be beat!!! Gardens, fountains, and walking paths are out the front door! Wine World, Fish Out of Water restaurant, shops, and the beach are just steps away.
The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!
Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.
These accesses are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.
Other things to note
-We also manage two other homes on the same street (just 2 and 4 doors down!), if you want to rent any 2 or 3 together to accommodate a larger group!
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved well in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when you secure your booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
-Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-No pets are allowed.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-The LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. All LSV drivers must be over 25 years of age.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, pool, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
