Multiple public beach accesses are within a 5 minute walk as well allowing you close proximity and easy access to the beach at your convenience.
30Astrella Del Mar comes with a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances and a cozy coffee nook to meet your needs for meal prep and snacks. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas on the main level allow plenty of room to settle in. On the second floor you will discover four generously sized bedrooms, including two primary suites, each featuring their own ensuite bathroom and smart TVs. For those seeking sunrises, sunsets, and breathtaking views the third level has a balcony to catch glimpses of the Emerald Coast. The backyard oasis has the perfect setting to relax outside with a private pool which can be heated, space to play yard games, or unwind under the beautiful oaks natural to Seagrove Beach.
