Tervetuloa "Chasing Seagulls" -tuotteemme uusimpaan kotiimme Seagrovessa. Lokit ovat juuri käyneet läpi 350000 dollarin laajan uudistuksen sisälle ja ulos. Ole ensimmäinen yöpymässä tässä ylellisessä kodissa! Sijaitsee niin lähellä rantaa eteläpuolella 30A, ei kadut ylitettävä mennä rannalle. Meillä on myös erinomainen uima-allas rentoutuaksesi päivän jälkeen rannalla. Löydä paras Old Seagroven tarjonta, niin monet kaupat, resturantit kävelyetäisyydellä. Ota pyöräretkelle Seasideen.

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our big family with kids—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The easy beach access and low crowds this time of year made it extra peaceful. Highly recommend and would gladly return.

Wonderful House

The house was perfect for my 17 family members ranging from 3 years old to 75 years old. The communication with the owners was easy and they got back to me within a few hours or less with each message I sent. The two kitchens helped immensely when preparing dinners for all of us and we found we could all gather in the first floor dinning area for meal times. The ice maker we didn’t know we needed (located in the first floor kitchen) came in so handy during the hot beach week - that was a welcome added bonus.Something we didn’t know we were going to need, but came in handy, was the first floor is wheelchair accessible. A wheelchair can easily come in the first floor and have access to the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with no issues. The big windows looking out onto the pool were nice for those that didn’t want to be out in the heat/sun but still wanted to watch those playing in the pool. The house is located very close to public beach access with a ramp allowing a wheelchair to get close to the sand and if you can flag down a lifeguard on duty they can bring a beach accessible wheelchair to get through the sand and to a space on the beach. The beds were nice and I loved the master bedroom on the third floor with a roomy shower and a bench! I could see the ocean from the balcony and watch the evening storms out at sea. We were able to park 2 mini vans, a Tahoe and a small SUV in the parking area. Public parking during the daytime was close.

Great spot!

Stayed here with both mine and my husband’s family. Very comfortably fit all 13 of us with room to spare. Loved how close we were to chair/umbrella rentals on the beach, and the little ones loved being able to come back to the pool to wind down after long days at the beach. Definitely recommend!

Great house!

A few parents brought a group of teens down for spring break. The bottom level was perfect for the kids to hang out and have their own space. The house was incredible and the beds were really comfortable. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Great Beach House for large family

It was great to be in walking distance of the beach. The heated pool was great and much enjoyed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We would have liked to have had a heads up about needing more towels and paper goods before arrival.

Great spot in Seagrove

Great property for large group. Our teens loved having the first floor as their home base and the parents occuppied the 2nd and 3rd floors. The beach access may be the best part. Walk right out the back door to access the public beach access at the Santa Clara Beach Access. No need for a car, golf cart, etc to get to the beach. Far enough away to get relief from crowds on Seaside square but close enough for kids to ride bikes to the square. Great place!

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful trip to this beautiful home. The house really makes use of their space and there is ample bedrooms and just room in general. The lower level was great and our teens loved having a kitchen to themselves. The beach is literally right behind the house and the location overall was perfect. The home details and decor were amazing as well. Communication was quick and easy. The only thing to note just so you know when you come- not much is included in terms of extras especially in the kitchen (no salt and pepper), so just make a note of this. We have been coming to this area numerous times a year for over 30 years and this was a top place for us! Can’t wait to visit again.

30A family trip

This was a wonderful home with a great utilization of space. The location is perfect and so close to the beach access. The owners were easy to communicate with and the house was stocked with many household items. The kids had their own area on the lower level with a full kitchen and living room.

Great Property

Everything as advertised and amazing location. Easy short walk to/from the beach allows you to easily run home for lunch and be back at the beautiful beach in no time. Three levels allowed plenty of room for our multigenerational family to stretch out and enjoy the time on 30a.

Fantastic house and location. Our teens were able to ride bikes to Seaside and the opposite direction to their favorite Shaved Ice place. Would definitely stay again. We were 4 families and had more than enough space for privacy when needed. Lower level is perfect for the kids!

Great Home Away from Home

Took my family to Santa Rosa for a vacation and our beach wedding. The house was perfect for our group of 12. Everyone felt comfortable and enough space to spread out. The pool was a hit for everyone in the family. The location was amazing within walking distance to the beach. Great for a sunrise or sunset walk. It was nice to not have to worry about parking every time we wanted to go to the beach. The only suggestion I can give to those renting the house is to back in if you can in the driveway to pull out easier. This is due to the fact that the driveway is directly on 30A and with normal traffic and pedestrians walking and riding their bikes it is the safest thing to do. You will not be disappointed at all with this beautiful home. I would definitely rent again and the owner was great with communication and very friendly.

Great house, busy beach

Had a good time at our summer 2023 stay. This house is adjacent to a large parking lot with public beach access. You should book chairs further down the beach if you want a quieter beach experience. If you like to people watch or feel safer with a lifeguard, the access next to the house works fine.

Chasing Seagulls

Easy walk to the beach. It only takes a couple of minutes to the ramp. The house was very nice and the beds were comfortable. It was large enough for 15. There is a small pool that the younger kids enjoyed when we weren’t at the beach. We did love our stay but didn’t love the crowds on 30A. Golf carts helped. Kevin, the owner, is easy to communicate with and was very helpful with all of our questions.
