Welcome to a luxury beach experience! Legacy 502 is a stunning 2 bedroom, 3 bath townhome in Legacy Condos located on Hwy 30A. Situated in Seagrove Beach and only minutes from Seaside, this bright, 3-story townhome features tile and hardwood flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen on the second floor with gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and two extended balconies for enjoying the Gulf Views! The first floor of the townhome offers a guest bedroom suite with a full-over-full bunk bed. This downstairs bedroom is accessed through the garage and also offers a bathroom and direct access to the gated community pool. On the third floor, you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a large ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. You'll also find a twin bed in the sleeping nook on the third floor making this condo sleep 6 comfortably. Relax on one of the balconies, catch some sun at the pool, or hop on the bikes and explore the Sea

Great! Clean! Beds were comfy. Good start up of supplies. Short walk to beach, a very quiet beach! Bikes were great. We had two adults, and three teen boys, great set-up. The bedroom downstairs was perfect for the boys to have their own space.

Great location with direct beach access. You ng teens enjoyed biking and walking on 30A. Unit had a nice view of the gulf for morning coffee and evening drinks! Well appointed.

4th of July

Property was in perfect location of the beach and walking distance to local restaurants and shops. The onsite bikes were a perfect addition for us to explore the area and get in some exercise. 4th of July on the beach was amazing!
