Seaside Haven is a lovely, large recently exterior completed in 2026 and is conveniently located just on 30-A in the beach community of Santa Rosa Beach. This home contains 2106 sq ft of living space and has been tastefully decorated with comfort in mind. The neighbood beach access is a 5 min walk to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. This family friendly small association has two pools and a hot tub. The pool is located steps from your door. This home is perfect for a large family or couples traveling together. There are a total of four bedrooms. All four bedrooms have en-suite baths . Two bedrooms have King sized beds and large private decks. Two bedrooms across the halls from the King bedsrooms have 2 full sized beds each, for a total of 4 full sized beds. There are large TV's in each bedroom. In the living room you will enjoy a large flat screen TV and blu-ray player. Plenty of room for privacy to relax. We have a fully equipped kitchen. Outdoors are gas grills right next to the two pools, one being right in front of the house. We also have a private tennis court and sand volleyball.

Santa Rosa Beach is a community conveniently located between Destin and the Watercolor/Seaside area. It was named one of the '10 Best Beach Destinations for 2011' by Yahoo! Travel. It offers an endless array of indoor and outdoor activities. This less congested area of 30-A is within walking distance to local restaurants, cafes and boutiques. Gulf Place is a short walk and features outdoor shopping, local artists and cafes. Many of the cafes offer outdoor dining and live music. Goatfeather's Restaurant and Seafood Market as well as Local Catch are just across 30-A. The local Publix grocery store is a short drive. Bike, yolo board and kayak rentals are available on 30-A across from Goatfeather's. The area is the most relaxing place we have ever been. It is true that the minute you turn onto 30-A your blood pressure drops at least 10 points!

Destin is located less than 15 miles west and offers family entertainment including a marina with deep sea fishing, scuba/snorkeling, waverunner rentals, parasailing, dolphin excursions, a water park, go carts, miniature golf and plenty of shopping including Silver Sands Premium Outlets. For those seeking the 'nightlife' there are numerous opportunities.

East of Santa Rosa Beach are other 30-A communities including Grayton Beach which is home to the famous Red Bar and less than a 10 min drive. Numerous restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques are located in these communities.
