Booked for a night only last minute. Room was clean and we requested a room close to parking so we were given RM 246 which was very accessible from the Back parking.

Disappointing Stay

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, there was no staff at the front desk, and I had to wait 5–10 minutes before anyone showed up. The elevator was out of service, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, there was no ice machine or water dispenser available for guests. Breakfast was a major letdown — very limited and poor in quality. For the price I paid, I’ve stayed at much better hotels that offered significantly more in terms of service and amenities. I would not choose to stay here again.
