Private Mid-Century home with Vineyard Views, Pool, Media Room, Pool Table and Bocce Court. Sunset View is situated on 5 acres and has views over the property's private vineyard to the hills to the west. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the expansive decks and pool area.‍

What We Love About This Home
The house features a bedroom wing with 3 generously sized bedrooms with king beds,  each with an ensuite bathroom, and views. The kitchen has been renovated and is open and airy, it features a six burner stove, lots of prep area, and a center island with three bar stools. It opens to a dining area that overlooks the living room and the views beyond. From the kitchen one steps down half a flight to a large  living room area with a fireplace and a comfortable family/media room with a pool table and sleep sofa. Guests will enjoy the large pool, oversized hot tub, bocce court and spacious outdoor deck with several outdoor tables. ‍

Location
The house is very close to the North Sonoma Mountain Regional Park which offers miles and miles of hiking trails, some with spectacular views. Sunset View is located just 44 miles to the Golden Gate Bridge and 6 miles to the restaurants, tasting rooms, gourmet grocery store and french bakery in the quaint town of Glen Ellen.‍

Guests staying at Sunset View will enjoy access to BeautifulPlaces pre-arrival assistance. Our local staff can assist with pre-trip suggestions for winery visits, private chef dinners and any other special experiences you desire. On arrival day you’ll find a bottle of local wine and gourmet coffee waiting for you in your villa, and our team is available during your stay to answer any questions you have.‍

House Rules 
This property is subject to local regulations governing vacation rental properties.   Under local law, events, parties and outdoor amplified music are not allowed. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 8 guests, and rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00 \am. Any request for a pet to stay on the property must be approved by the owner, and an additional $250 cleaning fee, per pet, applies. This fee does not apply to service animals. The pool is not fenced or covered, and is heated only between Memorial Day and the end of September. Please contact your BeautifulPlaces representative with any questions about the features, amenities or policies for this house.‍‍

Beautiful house with amazing views and sunsets. The house is very spacious and clean. We enjoyed playing pool. The kitchen was very well equipped. The host communicated well in advance. Highly recommended.

We rented the property because of the beautiful HEATED pool. The pool was not serviced nor the heater functioning for our stay. Very disappointing. There were also an issue with the shower in one bathroom that took (2) days to fix. Beautiful Places was very responsive, but their service staff left us wanting.

Fantastic, Better than I Could Have Imagined!

I recently stayed at the Sunset View home hosted by Beautiful Places, and can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had with a rental property. From the communication with the company (super responsive, provided all necessary details as well as going above and beyond with local recommendations, and were able to contact throughout the stay as needed via text and phone), the home being spotless with all the amenities we could need, and the listing being even better than the photos (such an incredible view), all guests were incredible impressed. Definitely will be booking with Beautiful Homes again!
