La Perla – Mallorcan Charm with Sea Views in Cala Figuera

The interiors retain the island’s original charm, with wooden beams, natural stone, and terracotta floors, combined with comfortable furnishings and spaces designed for relaxation.



Outside, you’ll find several patios and terraces. The inviting entrance patio, shaded by vines, is perfect for outdoor dining, while the rooftop terrace offers open views of the sea and mountains, especially at sunset.



The main suite includes air conditioning, a private bathroom, and Mediterranean views.



Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor spaces for unwinding.



Located in a quiet area but just steps from restaurants, shops, and the harbor, where you can buy fresh fish directly from local fishermen. The area also offers activities like hiking, cycling, and water sports.



Important: Access is via stairs and the house is distributed over several levels, so it’s not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
