Recently renovated and refurbished, the apartment includes 2 bedroomswith double beds, a bathroom with a shower, a terrace, and direct access to the pooland patio. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TV. Bed linensand towelsare provided and included in the price. A cot, bed linens, and a high chair are available upon request.

Just 100 meters from the apartment, you’ll find a pedestrian areawith restaurants, bars, supermarkets, souvenir shops, and attractions. Cala D'oris a popular tourist destination with stunning beachesand spectacular coveslike Cala Gran, Cala Petita, Cala Ferrera, and Cala Egos. ADDITIONAL NOTES:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.



- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.



- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key collection.



- Arrival outside opening hours:



a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid the following day to the reception agency;



b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.

Since July 2016, the Government has introduced a tourist tax (ecotassa).
