You'll be ideally located just 6 km from the Château de Chamerolles and its Promenade des Parfums (Perfume Walk), at the heart of a network of forest hiking trails. 12 km away, explore Pithiviers, its transport museum, and its remarkable rose garden, or 18 km away, the medieval fortress of Yèvre-le-Châtel.

The gîte's location, just 5 km from the A19 motorway (Escrennes exit) and 30 km from Orléans, the regional capital, allows you to easily explore nature, culture, and relaxation.

Welcome to Gîte Bérangère, a detached house designed to comfortably accommodate families, friends, or business travelers. On the ground floor:

- a large, bright living room with a lounge area (TV, Wi-Fi, etc.), dining area, and fully equipped open-plan kitchen
- a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed
- a shower room
- a separate toilet
- a laundry room (washing machine, dryer)

Upstairs:

- a sleeping area open to a mezzanine (separated by a curtain) with a 140x190 cm sofa bed
- two bedrooms, each with three 90x190 cm single beds (two of which can be joined to make a 180x190 cm double bed if needed)
- a shower room
- a separate toilet

Outside, you will enjoy a private garden of approximately 800 m² (soon to be enclosed) with a lounge area, a garden table and chairs, a parasol, and an electric barbecue.
The outdoor space is currently being landscaped.

Private parking for four vehicles on the property or public parking 10 meters from the cottage.

All-inclusive rate: linens provided and beds made upon arrival, heating included, towels included, and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Non-smoking accommodation. The property is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Check-in from 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM.
