If you arrive outside the time set for the delivery of the keys to your holiday home, we offer you the following options:

SELF CHECK-IN: Arrival outside of the scheduled time and delivery of the keys in a mailbox with a code.

The entire reservation must be paid in advance, as well as the deposit, if applicable, and the information of all guests.

Check-in and check-out times:- Check-in: from 16:00 to 22:00. Check-in before or after the established time, consult prices (prior acceptance of the establishment).- Check-out: until 10:00. Check-out outside of the scheduled time, prior acceptance of the establishment.

Services included:

- Bed linen, towels and beach towels included in the price.

- Electricity, water and gas consumption included with responsible consumption.

House rules:

- Groups of young people under 27 years old are not allowed.- Do not be too noisy in order to respect the other neighbors. Especially from 10pm to 8am, as it is strictly forbidden to speak loudly, make noise...- It is forbidden for anyone who is not on the reservation to sleep or use the apartment.- Parties are strictly prohibited.- Please, smoking is only allowed on the terrace, not inside the house.- If you lose the keys: €50- Before leaving, wash the dishes, take out the trash and keep the house tidy.- Candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire should not be left in the house.- The white towels provided are for showering, not beach towels or for cleaning shoes, so please do not use them for that. Each damaged towel will be charged as part of the deposit of €5/small and €10/large. Beach towels are available.
