This beautiful apartament with terrace and sea and pool views, is ideal for couples, families and business trips, as it has capacity for 4 people, with two nice bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes, one with queen size bed and direct access to the terrace and the other with two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed. Two bathrooms, shower and bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, living room with air conditioning that connects to the terrace, fiber Wifi Internet, perfect for teleworking in an ideal environment. The apartament has a spectacular location, very close to Los Gigantes Cliffs, the Tancón Cave, Santiago Beach, Los Gigantes Natural Swimming Pool where you can relax and have a swim and Los Guíos Beach, which stands out for its spectacular views of Los Gigantes Cliffs, just a few minutes away by car. Within a quiet residential complex, with swimming pool, jacuzzi, where you can breathe a summer atmosphere all year round.
