The apartment was great. Expedia not so much. Your listing stated that there was no one on site for check-in. I tried for three days to contact someone for check-in instructions mainly because we were arriving late in the evening. No response from Expedia or the property. Finally I reached the property and learned that there was a 24 hour desk for check-in. Expedia listing also said that there was "laundry." I assumed that meant a washing machine not that it was a laundry service that would have cost $86 and was not available on Sundays. More clarity on Expedia's part would have helped immensely as would a more robust (ie responsive) customer service. But the apartment itself was great.

Overall, APT was a nice stay overall and I would consider staying here again. Questions directed to APT via Expedia, were not answered. Finally, I contacted APT through WhatsApp and I got a reply. The best way to contact APT was using WhatsApp. APT is in a nice area, Tobalaba metro station, cafés and restaurants, Costanera Mall, and MUT. I felt safe in the area. WIFI was terrible. I switched to data and connectivity was still terrible. Maybe it had to do with the location and connectivity was overall terrible. The shower was terrible. The temperature would be comfortable then it would get really hot or cold. I complained about it and was asked what time is good for maintenance to come investigate. I said next morning at 9:00am. The next morning maintenance did not come so I messaged APT and said they will come at 10am. I ended up cancelling the maintenance because I did not want to spend my time waiting. The problem was not fixed during my stay, I just tolerated. On our 2nd night stay, there was no water. We had to leave 6:30am the next morning so I was not able to take a shower or brush my teeth. I would have expected APT to offer bottles of water to get us through. Kitchen was nice but only 1 small dull knife for food prep. The smaller room did not have air conditioning which was not ideal. As compensation for the no water situation, we got late check out.

Really great alternative to a hotel, especially if you stay a few days. Everything you need was there. Breakfast is optional so you can cook yourself, go to the neighborhood cafe or just use the restaurant attached.
