Nice 1 night stay

Pleasantly surprised how nice and spacious our room was. We were allowed to check in early. We had arranged for a shuttle to pick us up from the airport but it did not happen. We were upgraded and given a free breakfast to make up for it.

Enjoyed our one night stay. The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good with nice selection, and common areas very clean and tidy too. Staff were exceptional, friendly and always helpful. Airport transportation was great too! In particular, Arlette at reception was amazing, super helpful, and appreciate her insights and tips. Overall, a great short stay.

Cordialidad del personal de transporte, de la recepción. No me gustó que el restorant no tuviese opciones veganas, además del desayuno sin leche vegetal. Falta un poco de área verde en el área de fumadores y entrada. Lo demás todo bien.

Excellent choice for Santiago airport.

Stayed here twice in a week, staff still excellent. Laundry service excellent. Food and breakfast good. A well run hotel. Shuttle service is great. I recommended this hotel to my tour guides.
