O hotel não aceitou o pagamento pelo Hotéis.com e tivemos que pagar novamente a diária. Mostramos todos os comprovantes de pagamento possíveis e mesmo assim eles não aceitaram. Se quiser estragar sua viagem, escolha esse hotel.

Para empezar no me alojaron donde debía ser. Me cambiaron a otro hotel más lejos. Ya en el otro hotel, no todo era malo, el desayuno era aceptable y el lugar medianamente cómodo. Estaba bien por el precio. Pero la atención de las niñas era mala. 1 hora sin exagerar para que nos dieran un vaso de agua en el comedor. Además la niña al momento de pagar no uso el tipo de cambio vigente, sino que uso 650 cuando el dólar hace rato no está a ese valor. Todo partió mal cuando llegue a hotel plaza y no había espacio y me derivaron a hotel parlamento. Si uno paga a hotel plaza es para quedarse en hotel plaza.

El lugar no respetó el "check-in las 24 horas" que promocionan en Hoteles.com, nos cambió de lugar físico (a otra sucursal del hotel unas cuantas calles de distancia) en el mismo lugar, y el recepcionista tardó largos minutos en finalmente atendernos para simplemente deribarnos al otro, donde tuvimos que esperar 30 min. para que nos ingresaran a la habitación

Simplesmente cheguei no CHILE as 03:30 da madrugada e fui informada pelo lado de fora que não haviam reservas em meu nome , detalhe, havia realizado 02 reservas , pois estava viajando com minha irmã e meu marido, funcionario da recepção extremamente mal educado, nem se quer nos deixou entrar para mostrar as reservas que estavam em meu e-mail, total falta de respeito, tive que me direcionar para outro hotel, não houve nenhum tipo de suporte do Hotel Plaza Londres, nem tao pouco da Hotel. com... Péssimo.... Brasileiros não se hospedem neste espelunca... minha cunhada se hospedou neste hotel e detestou... nem se quer o cafe da manhã é resposto.

PESIMO!!! llegue e hicieron que me fuera al hotel de la calle siguiente debido a que mi reserva, hecha hace 3 meses atrás, no se encontraba registrada a pesar que yo llame al hotel para confirmar y mas encima al llegar al otro hotel era asqueroso, una pieza sin ventana y sabanas manchadas. atención horrible la solución que me dieron por el error de ellos fue no cobrarme nada y que me fuera a otro hotel, ¿que solucione es esa? unipersonal de viaje con reserva en un hotel que te digan que no esta y te vayas a otro porque esta todo lleno? pésimo, malo, asqueroso no pienso volver ahí y no lo recomiendo para nada!!!!

Fechamos o hotel para quinta-feira ate segunda-feira. Porém, perdemos o voo e chegamos somente sexta feira proximo ao horario do almoço. Chegando lá, fomos informados que não havia reserva. Depois se um tempo nos encaminharam para um hostel do mesmo hotel, na mesma calçada um pouco mais a frente, e quando fomos ver as instalações do hostel plaza londres era assustador. Um dos quartos tinha 2 camas de solteiros ao invés de uma de casal. Tudo velho e mal cuidado, as portas todas comidas na parte debaixo. Os quartos sem circulação nenhuma de ar. Enfim, não aceitamos ficar neste local pois não haviamos fechado isto. Não era o hotel que fechamos e não tinha ao menos cama de casal. A sra. BEATRIZ , foi muito gentil e disse que nos encaminharia para um outro hotel. Foi quando fomos com o caminhão do hostel ate o hotel Parlamento com a tentativa de encontrar um local adequado para nossa estadia. No hotel parlamento, apesar de também ser muito antigo era um pouco mais agradavel. Tinhamos cama de casais confortaveis, frigobar, banheiro limpo e foi onde ficamos ate o fim da nossa estadia. Ou seja, no hotel plaza londres não se hospedem NUNCA!

Hôtel bien placé mais pas de wifi

On s attendait être dans l'hôtel de la photo mais on nous dit qu on est dans un autre bâtiment un peu plus loin qui fait beaucoup moins bonne impression. Les murs sont à refaire et impossible de capter le wifi depuis nos chambres seulement depuis un petit salon.

Van de buitenkant ziet het er mooi uit. De bediening was vriendelijk. De kamers waren zeer verouderd. Grote stukken stuc hingen los aan het plafond. wc bril lag helemaal los op het closet. Het ontbijt bestond uit één broodje met thee of koffie en een plastic bekertje yoghurt. Men was vergeten ons om 06.30 wakker te bellen voor de taxi. We hebben ons dus heel erg moeten haasten.

Hotel Plaza Londres 77 Santiago niet doen

Het hotel ligt op een leuk klein pleintje maar ziet er zeer gedateerd uit. Kamer 307 heeft grote stukken afbladderend stuc aan plafond en ook hier ziet het er allemaal zeer oud uit. Op de terugweg weer in dit hotel want we hadden dit van tevoren geboekt. Kamer 200 zag er beter uit totdat we op de badkamer kwamen. De complete wc bril ligt er gewoon los op. Men was vergeten ons wakker te bellen voor de taxi 's morgens om 6 uur. Dat was dus enorm haastwerk. Buiten liggen op 2 matrassen 3 zwervers.

We arrived very late (at 2 am) actually and very tired and there was no body able to help us carry the heavy luggage to the third floor (there's no elevator at the hotel). Note it's actually a Hostel. At the time I was disrespected at the front desk and al 63 I have no intention to accept that from a kid. After negotiating with him for half an hour it happenned that he remembered he had a room empty on the groun floor. The other people in the front desk were kind on the following days. Eduardo

Reforma urgente

Estive 4 noites neste hotel porque gosto muito da localização, que é uma rua muito charmosa e perto de tudo. Os atendentes muito legais e o quarto que nos alocaram é grande. Porém me deu pena d ver as condições do hotel, que está totalmente decadente. Tem até mendigos que dormem na frente, nada contra os mendigos, inclusive são muito simpáticos, mas a construção merece uma boa reforma em todos os sentidos. Certamente me hospedaria novamente se houver uma reforma.

Hotel tem apenas uma geladeira comunitária que fica na recepção do hotel. os corredores você percebe que precisa fazer muita reforma no acabamento. pois apresenta aspectos de bem antigo. canos do ar condicionado de cada quarto passa pelos corredores atravessando a parede onde foi feito um buraco sem acabamento. no quarto não ha frigobar, a ducha do banheiro estava com vazamento onde a água escorria para dentro da parede (assim vai causar uma big infiltração), no prédio do hotel não ha refeitório, então o cafe é servido em um hotel no outro quarteirão.

Hôtel bien situé au centre de santiago, mais les chambres bien que vaste sont dans un état lamentable. Les salle de bains sont vétustes avec des receveurs de douche rouillés, mais il y a de l'eau chaude, pas de savon, pas de verre. Le personnel est gentil et vous procure ce qui manque dans les chambres mais le confort n'est pas au rendez-vous. Hôtel de transit pour 1 nuit.

Santiago é uma cidade muito fácil de andar . Usamos o metrô em algumas das vezes e em dois dias podemos conhecer os principais pontos turísticos do centro e fazermos ainda algumas compras. Tiramos um dia para conhecermos o Valle Nevado e Farellones e um outro dia para irmos ao Valparaíso e Viña del Mar.

Sinceramente, o que salva o hotel são os atendentes sempre.muito simpáticos e a sua perfeita localização. O box do banheiro é super pequeno, não da nem para se mexer, não tem cofre, não tem elevador, sendo q o hotel tem 3 andares, o cafe da manha não tem muitas opções. O pior foi o dia que desci faltando 40 min e não tinha mais pão. Em compensação a localização eh ótima e os atendentes super atenciosos.
