Great hotel in a wonderful location

I loved Park Plaza during my stay in Santiago. The hotel is located 5 mins walking from the metro station, it's very safe and very clean. The reception staff let me check in at 1000 am, which was deeply appreciated it after an over night bus travel and 2 weeks on the mountains. All staff were nice and helpful. The restaurant in the evening was good as well. The swimming pool it was small for me, but nevertheless I enjoyed it.

Great Location

The room facilities where comfortable however noise from hallway and adjoining rooms was load and annoying. restaurant style was a little old fashioned, however great places to choose from within close proximity of hotel

Hotel mit Stil

Pros: Die schöne Ausstattung, die Nähe zur Metrostation Los Leones, das wunderbare Frühstücksbuffet, die elegante Pub Bar
Cons: Die Sparlampen im Zimmer waren sehr schwach
Location: In Providencia, in der Nähe des Gran Torre (Costanera Shopping Center), der besonders am Abend einen Besuch wert ist.
Elegantes Hotel an ruhiger Lage in der Nähe der Metro und vielen Restaurants

Location: Sehr gute Lage, Nähe Metrostation Los Leones. Costanera und vielen Restaurants in der Nähe
Guter Service, komfortables, wenn auch eher kleines Zimmer. Schöne Aufenthaltsräume

Nice Hotel Well Located

Park Plaza is an old-style, a bit worn, but still clean and comfortable hotel, which is well located right next to the Metro. Breakfast is just perfect.

Nice small older Hotel. Good Service.

This place is old-style and even a bit worn, but comfortable, clean and well located (3 mins from the Metro). Staff is friendly and helpful. If you arrive early, they do their best to let you check in early. Breakfast does not anything (except for freshly squeezed orange juice, maybe?). Recommendation!

Sehr komfortables Hotel

Wir waren schon mehrmals im Park Plaza und fühlten uns immer sehr wohl. Es liegt sehr nahe an der Metro Station Los Leones und es hat verschiedene gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Sehr gutes Frühstück, in eleganter Atmosphäre, schöne Bar.

Betaalbare kwaliteit in Santiago

Een prima hotel om Santiago te ontdekken en om korte trips in de omgeving te maken. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, schoon, prima bedden, sanitair is niet supermodern (geen mengkraan) maar werkt goed. Het hotel is vlakbij metrostation Los Leones en met de metro kun je alle uithoeken van de stad bereiken, handig en goedkoop. Ook taxi's zijn een goede optie om je bijv. vanaf het eindstation van de metro naar het wijnhuis Cocha y Toro te laten brengen.

Perfektes Businesshotel

gut gelegen, faires Leistungsverhätlnis im höheren Preissegment - nur, wie jedes Halbjahr, obwohl ich es jedesmal moniere, der Bar-/Restau-Service ist halt lateinisch - untypisch sonst für chilenische Verhältnisse. Aber naja, der Rest ist fein. Ach ja. und jedesmal, wenn ich denn mal den indoors roof-top pool benützen möchte, ist mal grad wieder eine private Party im Gange...
