El hotel está completamente nuevo, las instalaciones por tanto están en muy buenas condiciones. Sin embargo, tiene varios aspectos negativos: 1- El parqueo es costoso (US$10 por día), lo cual no parece justo para una persona que está alojada. 2- Las atenciones del personal son lentas, solicitas un servicio a la habitación y no llega o llega tardío. 3- El personal accede a tu habitación sin importar que estés dentro (supuestamente para revisar que todo esté bien), no me parece adecuado.

This is the second time I stay at this hotel an I love it, amenities are great, the blower is great and is awesome to have a Marshall speaker in the room so I can wake up to my favorite music. Staff is great. Hotel is pretty new and well maintained

Good but needs some improvements

Second time I stay here. Nice and modern hotel located in the heart of Santo Domingo business district. One issue I had was my room location which was across from the ice machine. The noise of the ice machine making new ice was loud and frequent. Next time I will ask for my room to be changed but there probably should be a room there to begin with. There is no door to the ice machine but there should be to reduce the noise. My room was also next to the linen room and service entrance. Overall service was good. Decent food selection but limited. Restaurants downstairs are good but remind the servers you get a 10% discount. The sushi place is tops. In the gym it’s a little warm and there are some attachments for the weight machine that are missing. Good price for location in Santo Domingo.
