The property didn’t provide everything that was listed in the amenities. The power and water had continued to shut off and on for an entire day. The fridge provided had malfunctioned. The “pull out bed” was not as described, it was basically a unclean couch that went flat

Rented room for the jacuzzi. First room jacuzzi didn't work and no hot water for shower. Paid extra 20 dollars to upgrade to better suite the second night.. that was a great suite with a working jacuzzi and hot water for showers.. great staff. But they the property owners need to make sure the hot water is working and if the jacuzzi is listed that it works. Or at least warn the guest if it's not

Excellent English speaker, Carla, at the front desk. We have moved to this apartment after a few days, and just for a few days more, before we finally left. Rooms were not bad. They were spacious and equipped. Kitchen was okay. The laundry machine is also there. We didn't encounter any roaches in this one. The bathroom was in a better condition than the previous one. Big balcony. But, it was EXTREMELY noisy. The construction site right in front of your window. From early morning until late afternoon. This one would be a good choice for a longer stay if it wouldn't be for that construction site banging on one's head almost of the time.

You deserve to stay here! Hidden gem in the good part of town. The checkin process seemed like it was going to be a hassle but it was the best communication experience ive had traveling. The jacuzzi suite and all the rooms are worth the price. Didnt get to use the pool or gym. Easily are more afforablw than hotels in the arra with better amenities. Close to the best supermarket. And shopping centers.
