Gracias a Dios ningún problema con esta reservación o la propiedad. Desde el momento que llegue todos fueron muy amables. Especialmente el seguridad Carmelo quien me dio un trato excelente y me ayudo en todo lo que necesite!!

The Hotel is no longer in business it is a close property and someone is renting room in there and misleading with pictures of how the Hotel use to be. my mother and I were the only two people in there. With a security guard down stairs. No reception, we entered from a back door. No blanket, bathroom not working, air conditioning working partially. No water, refrigerator is broken. No restaurant, no room service. Only communication was through what up ap. Total mess I was fearful for my mother. I can go one. The US it not legal. I wonder if it is the same in DR. Now I’m trying to get my money back.

The apartments are spacious and clean. They also have security around the clock. Jimmy (the manager) was very helpful. He contacted me via whatsapp (so don't be alarmed) and provided me with all pertinent information (transportation, exact location of premise and even how to set up the AC/Heat). El apartamento es grande y limpio. Tienen seguridad 24/7. Jimmy, el Gerente es muy servicial y no se alarmen si el lo contacta via whatsapp para proveerle informacion sobre la transportacion y la localidad. El hasta te asiste en programar el aire/calefaccion. Que disfruten!

No washer or dryer like stated, rusted jacuzzi, one bathroom toilet didn’t work, other bathroom shower did not work, outside of hotel scary lowlife people trying to make money off of even helping you park the car when you have parking spot, cannot go out at night dangerous people. I would not recommend this to any tourist

Never stay here again!!!

I booked at the Hamaca Hotel and they cancelled on me on the last minute after I paid and told me that the room was already booked for some movie they were filming at the time, then offered me to switch to an apartment they have next door which it was dirty and in very poor conditions. I will never stay here and would highly not recommend this hotel to anyone. This was a really bad experience.
