Best value, excellent location in the center of colonial zone. Royal room king size bed very comfortable if you like a soft bed. Balcony is great, specially if you are a smoker. Room was very spacious. I would stay here again without hesitation.

This is my 5th stay at this hotel, and it continues to provide excellent customer service, and the staff are like family to me because they are awesome. The room is very large, clean and friendly environment. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the near future.

Overall its a Hotel well located, the área is in the Center of the colonial area, ver y busy and noisy at night. Hotel staff on average some were friendly and helpful but others didnt even care, lacking customer service. Specially one of the hotel porters, the receptionist told us that he would take care of our luggage, but he Just smirked and Just pointed where "we" had to put our luggage. Dont know if its a cultural thing but we encountered many situations where there is Just no attention to service.
