Average Hotel

The hotel is situated near public transportation. However, they don't tend to tell you if some of the amenities fail (heater, fan, etc). The staff members are nice, but they fail to tell you about certain things you need to pay for (guest attendance for pool, room service, etc). Overall, it was worth it to stay under the old management, but with the new changes and charges for the simple things, it's not worth it anymore.

HOTEL MUY INCOMODO Y CON MAL MANTENIMIENTO.

Muy mala experiencia con este hotel al llegar nos dieron una habitacion cerca del frente y desde las 6 am la gente no respeta y grita, suena bocinas y no se duerme, porque tiene ventanas muy viejas y en mal estado.Ademas por la noche hay muchas prostitutas en los alrededores del hotel.En la segunda reserva nos iban a dar una habitacion de las del fondo mas sin embargo cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que no tenian y que nuestra habitacion se la habian dado a otros huespedes, asi que tuvimos con toda la familia que ir a buscar en otro lado.Son irresponsables.
