First the location is amazing, right in the heart of Fira Second the staff are a wonderful family, they made us feel so welcome and were so attentive and supportive The suite was perfect for our family of four Highly recommend it, made our stay in Santorini so nice - we would sit out in the evenings and watch the people go by and the volcano isle and the beautiful Caldera

The view from our room was jaw dropping. Location is great, very central but pretty quiet at night (aside from the opening/closing of the restaurant above our room). Staff at kastro excellent. Nice roomy family suite - the bathroom is dated. Convenient location and the rooms insulated from any street noises. The biggest drawback are the crowds/lines for the cable car making it a challenge to get to the hotel depending on your timing.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. The property itself is so beautiful with excellent views in a perfect location. Despina was the highlight, she is funny, friendly and knowledgeable about all things Santorini, we loved her. Marius, who served our Delia breakfast every day was attentive, kind and always willing to help us with whatever we needed. I highly recommend this property, could not have been happier with our choice.
