O quarto é bem aconchegante, tava tudo bem limpinho cama e travesseiros confortáveis, e o atendimento tbm foi mto bom... Fazemos planos de voltar. Gostei mto da recepção, o café da manhã de bastante qualidade tbm e próximo de tudo como Rodoviária, centro...etc. Saímos durante a noite no centro que é bem próximo... enfim saímos e entramos e fomos bem atendidos pq é isso o que buscamos...fora a qualidade e o conforto a qual nos encontramos.

Razoavel, o quarto era no 11 andar e tinha uma escada estilo caracol que dá acesso a uma porta superior. Essa estrutura gera insegurança, principalmente quando trata-se de uma mulher dormindo sozinha. Sugiro que esse quarto seja disponível apenas para organização interna do hotel. Solicitei a troca de quarto e fui atendida. O outro quarto era bom, exceto pelo barulho da geladeira que estava no quarto. O hotel é bem localizado. Café da manhã com frutas e pães, atendimento cordial.
