My main complaint is due to Expedia. I'll never use your service again. I wasn't able to get a refund from checking out 1 day early. The hotel I formed that I would bed to get reimbursed from Expedia. Well that won't happen I'm sure. Lesson learned, indirect to the hotels or car rentals. In all I lost about $300 because my travel plans change leaving 1 day earlier.

Quiet residential location next to shopping center

Older facility but clean and a more "traditional" setting, especially in the lobby and restaurant (breakfast) area with a nice brick-walled area. I personally prefer it over the newer red and white "modern deco" style of the newer ibis locations. Didn't have breakfast, but the location is right across the street from a nice shopping center and in a quiet residential area.

Le principal problème a été le manque de réactivité du personnel face aux soucis rencontrés : la télévision de ma chambre ne fonctionnait pas et, malgré mon signalement à la réception, aucun technicien n’est jamais venu. De plus, un soir, j’ai commandé un plateau repas et la viande servie était immangeable. Là encore, j’ai informé la réception, mais aucune solution ne m’a été proposée, et j’ai tout de même été facturé à la sortie. En revanche, je tiens à souligner que les petits déjeuners étaient copieux et de bonne qualité, ce qui a été un point positif de mon séjour. Globalement, le manque de suivi sur les problèmes signalés a vraiment entaché mon expérience. Dommage, car l’établissement a du potentiel.
