A casa é espaçosa, porém mal cuidada. Torneira da pia da churrasqueira quebrada (colocamos uma nova para poder usar), esgoto da pia da churrasqueira, cozinha, tanque e banheiro da suíte entupida. O escoamento da pia da cozinha saia na mesma tubulação do tanque que estava solta e alagava todo piso externo em frente ao tanque. Na descrição diz que tem 2 lavados q acredito estar em cômodo trancado. Enfim, só funcionava o banheiro social. No check-in verificarmos q a casa não foi limpa da locação anterior, pq tinha resto de comida na geladeira, louça na pia e churrasqueira toda suja. A proprietária mandou alguém para limpar, depois q entramos. A casa precisa de manutenção básica para ter boa avaliação.
