Excellent activities for children. Tia Kika is amazing. Great food. Front desk people not so sure about their jobs. Old room. We will come back because the activities and the "tias".

Já é o segundo ano seguido que escolhemos o hotel para o pacote de carnaval, mas infelizmente não vimos nenhuma evolução na experiência. Os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos, o que é um ponto positivo, mas a limpeza dos quartos deixou a desejar novamente. Pelo fato de não notarmos melhorias ao longo do tempo, é bem provável que não retornemos. Uma pena, pois o lugar tem potencial.

Gostamos bastante do hotel. Para crianças tem opções de brincadeira, parquinho externo e interno caso chova. Limpeza ótima, a camareira da manhã fez desenhos com as toalhas na cama, achei incrível e de um carinho sensacional. A Alimentação maravilhosa, só os dois sabores de sucos oferecidos, não são bons, como não tomamos refrigerantes, ficamos só na água mesmo.

O hotel é muito bom, ótima comida, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, em especial o pessoal dos passeios à cavalos. Achei que a limpeza poderia ser melhorada e que poderiam oferecer algo para os pets que acompanham os hóspedes, afinal, a cobrança de R$100,00 por dia não se justifica, não existe nem mesmo uma área reservada para refeições em que os pets possam acompanhar, eles devem ficar presos do lado de fora em uma área específica, porém, vendo tantas pessoas passarem na frente deles eles ficam inquietos e chorando.

Experiência boa! Custo das bebidas alto …. poderia ser ofertado mais águas gratuitas, há no salão de jogos e restaurante, sétimos falta nos corredores dos quartos…principalmente a noite para fazer as mamadeiras. Comida boa e bastante variedade…. As 11h tem chopp e petiscos liberados , poderia ser a tarde ou à noite na hora dos show e eventos. Fiquei na ala mirante, fica um pouco longe da piscina e salão de festa e tem q pegar um bondinho q é bem devagar….foi legal , mas com crianças de colo e idosos já dificulta um pouquinho. Recreação são mt bons , excelente recreadores. Recomendo o hotel na modalidade custo x beneficio

Nota 7! Não se destaca, mas passa de ano.

Localização: fácil acesso. Atendimento: depende da pessoa, uns são mais atenciosos e solícitos, já outros nem tanto. Comida: todas as refeições são ótimas. Muita variedade e de boa qualidade. Limpeza geral: razoável. Quarto: amplo e simples. Ar condicionado OK, TV pequena. Camas e colchões estão velhos, afundados. Roupa de cama, OK. Banheiro: tamanho razoável, mas chuveiro funciona bem. Diversão: tem boas opções, embora algumas não estejam funcionando (tirolesa, por exemplo). As piscinas são boas. A sala de jogos precisa melhorar a qualidade. Mesas de tênis de mesa boas, mesas de Air soft bem surradas. Agora inaceitável não ter baralhos bons, estão velhos que quase não se vê as cartas, além de cartas marcadas e rasgadas. Equipe de recreação muito boa. Eu esperava mais do hotel. Claro que não imaginava que seria 5 estrelas (aliás deveriam retirar aquelas 5 estrelas do totem da entrada, nada a ver) porém o hotel é bastante simples pelo que cobra. Não achei ruim, mas é simples e falta profissionalismo. A equipe em geral parece esforçada, mas poderiam ter um treinamento melhor para prestar um serviço de hotel melhor.
