The hotel's structure is good, but the room we stayed in was far below what we expected. In the room, we found dirty walls and curtains, and broken corners on the walls; unfortunately, this overshadowed the good service and attractions. If there are improvements, perhaps we might stay there again.

I already stayed in this resort in the past (more than 3 times) and I really enjoy by "cost x delivered"...my recomendation is a RETROFIT in some rooms since there is some items that seem it is really used.

Refeições satisfatórias, como ponto alto eu deatacaria as sobremesas. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, ótimas piscinas, salas de jogos, academias, etc, mas cobrar 6 reais pelas toalhas de piscinas me estranhou um pouco, mesmo sendo um valor baixo acredito que poderia ser cortesia. O ponto baixo do hotel, na minha opinião, foi o apartamento, acredito que precisa de uma modernização. Por exemplo, trocar as TVs por smarts, trocar o sofá que já não está em bom estado, etc..
