Facade and gardens look lovely, social areas are beautifully decorated and furnished Bedrooms have not been modernised in decades, bathrooms very limited, old TV, precarious Internet connection, old and noisy air conditionig, old and hard towels Huge swimming pool, but the condition of the water was not ideal Basic breakfast, no food in hotel from Mondays to Wednesdays The enormous hotel was empty, we counted some five or six other guests - an eerie experience Although Waters Park opens every day, the SPA inside the park does not open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

A melhor opção em Caxambú

Sempre é muito bom hospedar no Glória Hotel de Caxambú. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Café da manhã bom e a comida também. Roupa de cama e de banho ótimos. Voltarei sempre. Deixo registrado a cordialidade dos funcionários Gisele da recepção e do Marcos mensageiro e manobrista. Muito obrigado.

Excelente hotel, poderia melhorar alguns itens no café da manhã, os sucos de fruta sempre estavam muito aguados, era melhor nem oferecer essa opção que contrasta demasiadamente com a qualidade dos outros itens.

Lugar super agradável, de uma beleza rara. Hotel bem cuidado, atendimento nota 10. Muitas opções de lazer, sala de jogos, sauna, piscina. Os banheiros precisam ser reformados. Não tem nem ducha higiênica. Ainda é bidê.

Ótimo Hotel, histórico, merecendo um tapa moderno

Hotel bucólico, localização incrível, fachada imponente, história linda, embora necessário se modernizar em alguns pontos. Banheiro sofrível. A manutenção da antiga estrutura deve ser sem prejuizo de modernizar as partes de cuidados e confortos mínimos.

Poderiam explorar mais o que podem oferecer

Eu conversei com a Nutricionista responsável pelo café da manhã que, pelo preço pago pela estadia e pela expectativa que criei, foi decepcionante, muito, mas muito simples por se tratatar de um Resort. Além da comunicação interna do hotel ser horrível, pois havia uma festa temática durante a minha hospedagem e nenhum caboarador informou no check in.
