o quarto tinha duas baratas , trocaram o quarto mas a cama tinha um colchão horrivel pedi outro e não tinha colocaram uma espuma por cima menor que o colchão de baixo e não consegui dormir tres dias com dor na coluna, o banheiro não tinha touca de banho e nem secador terrivel, não sei se volto

Hotel precisa de melhorias a comecar pelos travesseiros que sao um horror, as roupas de cama muito antigas, no primeiro dia nao tinha nem toalha piso no banheiro, achei pratinhis sujos no cafe da manha, e o cafe da manha precisa melhorar muitooooo, paes doces duros e bolos tambem, manteiga e queijo fresco sem estar com uma plataforma gelada, muito perigoso, uma coisa muito positiva a animacao do hirel, a noite todas as noites tinha festa e musica ao vivo muito positivo. Mais fica o recado , sao criticas construtivas, e tenho certeza e tudo isso pode melhorar.

Hotel Completão no Sul de Minas

Hotel muito especial na Cidade de São Lourenço, possui uma estrutura gigantesca com muuuito espaço. Checkin e checkout perfeito em um fim de semana fora de temporada, possui um bom estacionamento limitado mas coberto em um galpão no outro lado da rua. A equipe é sempre agradável e está pronta pra ajudar, os quartos atendem muito bem e apesar de precisar de uma renovação são bem confortáveis e espaçosos, fiquei eu e esposa com 2 crianças e no quarto tinha ainda um sofá cama para mais 2 se precisasse, no banheiro banheira com hidromassagem. O parque aquático incluso tem 3 toboáguas muito divertidos para as crianças e para os grandinhos, uma piscina com correnteza e fonte e mais uma piscina adulto e uma infantil. Nos andares inferiores ainda há uma piscina coberta e aquecida com hidromassagem, um luxo delicioso. Para os que querem descansar várias mesas e espreguiçadeiras tornam o dia muito prazeiroso a beira das piscinas. Detalhe que apesar da água verde de poço assustar a primeira vista, a equipe explica que a água é de poço, e tem tom esverdeado mesmo. A alimentação do hotel é simples, mas o que falta em variedade sobra no sabor. Todos se alimentaram muito bem, no café da manhã, almoço e jantar. As festas temáticas no final de semana com comidas típicas são muito boas e pra quem gosta tem música ao vivo com área para dança, muito animado. Os passeios externos são todos intermediados pela recepção, simples e rápido. Recomendo muito o Hotel Guanabara, voltarei sempre que puder.
