Do NOT book this property! It is falsely advertised, you will be left without any assistance or recourse, there is no staff, and the property will never respond to either your messages or Expedia’s if something is wrong. It’d be dangerously irresponsible to book this prooerty

The reservation was through Housi. No Reception desk at the location. All communication through WhatsApp BOT (!!) and not helpful. After several attempts, a human answers with standard text and not helpful, not able to respond to any needs - no internet for an entire day and I figured it out myself how to fix it. No silverware. Missing towels. Broken furniture. Nothing was fixed even after several requests and promises to send maintenance. Reception desk of the building unable to solve anything because they are not related to Housi or the hotel service. When you arrive you have to wait at the broken and narrow sidewalk until you are cleared to access the lobby by unfriendly security associates. Same when you receive guests. The property has great potential, great location, but “sucks”!

Não possui ferro não possui secador de cabelo, itens básicos que todo apartamento de locação possui. A cama é desconfortável. Comparado o custo benefício indico outros apartamentos disponíveis nesse mesmo prédio que são bem mais aconchegantes.

Pegamos um quarto de categoria superior, já sabendo que os de entrada eram minúsculos. A estrutura do quarto era ok, o tamanho era bom e tinha uma boa vista. E só! O quarto claramente estava muito gasto, com tomadas caindo, manchas na parede e algumas coisas quebradas. Apesar do quarto menor, o banheiro era minúsculo, a ponto de quase não caber dentro. A pia era ridicula, e impossível de lavar o rosto. O atendimento dos responsáveis pelo quarto foi extremamente rude. Não tem o mínimo de ammenities, nem um secador sequer! Os pontos positivos são a localização bem em cima do metro. Os funcionarios do prédio são gentis e a entrada no apartamento foi fácil. A estrutura do prédio é basica.

Localização excelente. Quarto pequeno, mas bom. Mas o ar condicionado não funcionava, só consegui a senha da internet no dia seguinte e a barra para colocar a toalha dava choque.

Checkin extremamente fácil, ótima localização, prédio tem muitas facilidades inclusive um café que fica no térreo que ajuda muito. Ponto de atenção para a acomodação é que precisa melhorar a limpeza do banheiro, por não ter janela existiam pontos de mofo, pode ser facilmente resolvido mas precisa de mas atenção nesse ponto!

Os apartamentos são novos, modernos e confortáveis. Possuem fogão, microondas, geladeira e utensílios de cozinha. As instalações são do mesmo nível, com muita segurança também. O quarto superior é grande. Detalhe a notar é que o banheiro, de todos os apartamentos, especialmente o box, são bem pequenos. Pessoas grandes podem se incomodar. No geral a localização e as acomodações são muito boas.
