Banheiro precisa ser melhorado.

Local bom no geral porém o banheiro estava com cheiro muito forte de esgoto. A descarga não descia normalmente e cada vez que puxava a água subia até em cima e demorava muito para descer. Banheiro mofado e com sujeira saindo da porta.

O apartamento estava com cheiro de mofo e possui pouquíssima ventilação. Estava um cheiro forte de encanamento mas acredito que tenha sido devido algum problema estrutural no prédio pois a recepção também estava com um balde que caía uma água de cima. O pior foi um dia depois que eu ja estava hospedado cheguei de noite no hotel e NÂO abriram pra mim a porta referindo que eu não estava cadastrado. Fiquei 20 minutos pra fora, estava um dia frio e a iluminação na rua é ruim. Ademais, o apto é moderno, como nas fotos.

Boa mas tive um grande contratempo com o banho. Um problema que parece ser crônico em menos de um minuto de banho o box enche e alaga todo o banheiro. Tive que ficar ligando e desligando e tomar banho super rápido !

O quarto propriamente dito estava muito bom, porém faltando itens básicos para a estadia, como faça, garfo, foi mencionado na reserva um microondas que não tinha, sem falar na comunicação entre a portaria e o apartamento que não tinha nosso cadastro lá, causando desconto para mim e minha parceira. Porém o quarto é bonito e confortável, apesar de pequeno

Tudo muito bom, exceto a água do banheiro que não estava esquentando. Entrei em contato com a administradora e falou que enviaria técnico, infelizmente já teria saído.
