The worst place in São Paulo! It's a disgusting place! I got to my room and everything was dirty, the towels weren't clean, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Plus, everything is old and in poor condition, the elevator smells like food, and it's very damp. I went downstairs right away to check out, and they promised to give me a refund, but that never happened, and they stole my money.

Quarto limpo e muito confortável, comida muito saborosa. Em frente tinha restaurantes bem bonitos. A localização é perfeita. O quarto também era muito silencioso. O atendimento foi ótimo, do segurança, da recepção e do restaurante. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente. Nosso banheiro tava com vazamento tanto no chuveiro quanto na pia, esse foi o único ponto negativo.

Principal destaque do hotel vai para o café da manhã, muito completo e com comidas saborosas e diversidade. Porém a propriedade peca muito na limpeza e manutenção dos quartos. Banheiro visivelmente sujo e pouco cuidado. Apesar das camareiras serem super prestativas, as fronhas e lençóis não são bem limpos e apresentam aspectos de sujeira.

O hotel é bem localizado, com bom atendimento. Tem um bom café da manhã servido até às 10h. Estranho foi o aviso do funcionário às 9:50 que em 10 min encerraria o café e se quisesse mais algo era se servir em 10 minutos. Foi a primeira vez que vi isso em um hotel, pois normalmente o acesso ao restaurante fecha no horário previsto e quem está no café termina tranquilamente. Quanto ao estacionamento terceirizado tem um valor alto. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, encontrei cabelos na parte do banho. O chuveiro não esquenta o suficiente, fica morno.

adoramos o hotel, o quarto estava bem limpo, cama boa, chuveiro quente. chegamos e conseguimos fazer o check-in antes do horário, isso foi maravilhoso. o rapaz da recepção foi bem ágil, tanto chegada e saída. ah, o café da manhã excelente, muita variedade! indico muito o hotel, achamos muito agradável e na entrada o cheiro de local bem limpo já se percebe. notamos que é bem frequentado, saída e entrada de hospedes o tempo inteiro.
