Ho-hum

poor internet, fuzzy tv channels. Solid breakfast, late checkout. Disinterested staff at reception. Looks like a place that gets a lot of business during the week and loads up on 2nd string staff at the weekend.

Funcionários sem autonomia. Hotel esquisito. Na primeira noite, me colocaram em um quarto no 14o. andar. O elevador não vai até esse andar, sendo necessário acessar o andar pelas escadas de incêndio. Cama desconfortável. Fiz uma reserva no quarto superior. Ao questionar o acesso por escadas, me trocaram por um quarto de categoria inferior, no dia seguinte, após muito questionamento. Tentam a todo momento enganar o hóspede. Não recomento o hotel.
