Very good high quality hotel. Everything was in perfect working order. The staff are extremely professional and attentive. Very good amenities. The region around the hotel has a few homeless. It reminded me of the Tenderloin in San Francisco California but there are so many restaurants, bars, shopping centers, barber shops and laundries nearby it makes up for it. I would stay again for sure.

My stay at this property was wonderful. The building and its furnishings are just brick and mortar, it is the staff that makes a property come alive and everyone was so friendly and accommodating and did everything to make me feel at home in their hotel. Wonderful experience!

It all felt so wrong.

Dated rooms with a terrible layout. No soundproofing between rooms and a gap under ‘connecting room door’, separate hot and cold taps make showering annoying. Sink in the bedroom is so dated and unnecessary and very poor lighting throughout. Water makes a thumping noise when turned off and room doors and toilet seats slam shut and wake you up. All staff are unfriendly and just stare at you, most are rude. Breakfast is stripped and put away way before 10:30am, one day 10:07am when people were still eating. Breakfast staff just walk in front of you and take finished plates off you the moment you finish because they are staring at you, waiting for you to finish rather than replenish the food items. Room service missed half our order and the menu didn’t display the correct ingredients on meals delivered. Stuffy corridors and lifts. It just felt so wrong.
