Hotel bem localizado, próximo de restaurantes. Região boa. Estacionamento pago ao lado do hotel. Atendimento muito bom, mas os quartos são antigos, com o piso em mau estado de conservação. Isolamento acustico ruim e se ouve todos os barulhos da rua. Chuveiro aquece 5 mine depois começa a ficar gelado de novo. Ar condicionado antigo, barulhento e não funciona bem. Não aquece em dias frios. Precisa urgente de reformas e adequações para resolver estes problemas.
