Dear Expedia Customer Service, I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the service we received at Hotel Global Grupos do Brasil in São Paulo, which we booked through your platform. Upon arrival, we were assigned the wrong room. After bringing this to the hotel’s attention, they assured us that the issue would be resolved the next morning. Based on this promise, I booked an additional room at the same hotel using my Expedia rewards. However, after the first night, we followed up again, and the staff began giving us different excuses, while still promising to resolve the issue by evening. When we returned later that day, they informed us the hotel was fully booked, and we remained in the same small, uncomfortable room. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Frankly, we can’t help but feel we may have been treated unfairly, possibly due to being American tourists. Before leaving a negative public review, I wanted to give you the opportunity to review this situation and hopefully take appropriate action. I trust that Expedia values its customers and will help resolve this matter. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your prompt response.

Foi muito legal. O hotel em si muito bom. Precisa apenas um maior cuidado na reposição dos itens do café da manhã, que estava delicioso por sinal. A região que não ajuda muito, mas aí o hotel não tem muito o que fazer.

Atendentes do hotel muito gentis e prestativos. Café da manhã precisa melhorar muito para ser bom, nenhum dos dias tinha um bolo, não tinha um suco natural (apenas integral). Todos os dias que cheguei na café não tinha talher na mesa ou não tinha colher, tive que pedir todos os dias para a moça. Se não conseguem repôr, deveriam deixar na mesa principal para cada um pegar o seu. Pão de queijo gelado e ovo tbm, apesar de estarem em cima de um aquecedor, que não aquecia nada pelo visto. Consegui comer fruta apenas no último dia de estadia, pois nos outros não tinha banana, no outro dia banana tava verde e melancia super passada do ponto. Peguei um sonho e não consegui comer, pq tava duro, não parecia fresco. Sobre o quarto cama boa, roupa de cama excelente.

Um ótimo hotel.

Foi uma estadia muito tranquila e confortável. O quarto muito bonito, aconchegante e com bom espaço. O banheiro um pouco pequeno, mas nada que desabone o local. O armário tem bons cabides para pendurar roupas o que ajuda a manter o quarto mais organizado.
