O hotel é bom. Os atendentes super educados. Há um desconforto apenas se você tiver que ir embora com muitas malas antes das 17h, já que o portão principal do hotel fica fechado e você precisa andar um pouco mais, por dentro do shopping com várias malas e ficar na rua com as malas.
