Location was decent for the price, although it’s still quite a ways from the fun side of town. Staff was very friendly, even if they only spoke Portugese. Uber was cheap, so location did not matter as much.

Quarto sujo, com restos de comida no freegobar, mesa suja, lençóis sujos, torneira do banheiro que não fechava, enfim, precisa ser limpo e de uma manutenção. Não foi uma boa experiência pelo valor pago. A atendente da noite alertou para não ficar saindo e voltando muitas vezes para não incomodar o descanso.

Fomos a negócio, tudo maravilhoso! Café da manhã foi incluso, não é um luxo, mas dá uma sustância, pessoal da recepção simpático e educado! Quarto confortável e espaçoso, gostamos muito! Porém tem uma parte ruim, por ser próximo a praça da Sé existe bastante usuários!

No geral, foi tudo muito bom e tranquilo Apenas farei algumas sugestões: - juntaram duas camas de solteiro pra virar uma cama de casal, o que não é ruim, mas devido aos equipamentos que controlam tv, rádio, ar condicionado, estarem no meio, ficava impossível usar o apoio de cabeceira. Talvez o melhor seria a cama ser posicionada do outro lado da parede - as tomadas não eram boas, o bocau não segurava o carregador de celular. A entrada de tomada tem que ser livre, sem ser daquele modelo tipo J/N. O correto é o modelo universal - o café da manhã é muito completo, só acho que o suco de laranja poderia ser natural. A fruta não é cara, e de fácil manuseio pra suco, tendo um espremedor profissional. Mini Pão de queijo é uma boa opção no café também.

Quarto quente e te cobram por fora pra vc ligar ar

Como começar, um lugar com pessimo atendimento, uma recepcionista que te trata mal, a cara de pau de oferecer um quarto extretamamente quente e cobrarem uma taxa a mais pra ligar um ar condicionado!! A cereja do bolo é o "café incluso" que nada mais é que um pão com presunto, um pouco de café e suco tang!! Não recomendo, passem longe! Péssima experiência nesse lugar!! !!!

O hotel é simples mas ótimo para viagem a trabalho. Fica do lado a Escola de Governo (EGESP). Perfeito para quem vai fazer cursos presenciais lá.
