Localização x Conforto

A localização é excelente, o serviço de garagem ótimo e o check-in descomplicado, mas o apartamento precisa de uma manutenção mais cuidadosa. As cortinas não funcionavam corretamente, deixando o quarto claro demais ao amanhecer. Apesar de ser uma acomodação para não-fumantes, o ambiente tinha um forte cheiro de cigarro, especialmente no banheiro. O chuveiro é ótimo, mas o local não oferece sabonete e nem nenhum outro item de higiene pessoal como outras estadias do mesmo padrão disponibilizam. Foi necessário comprar inclusive papel higiênico, pois a quantidade oferecida era incompatível com o tempo de estadia. Não é um lugar ruim, mas requer planejamento e flexibilidade do hóspede. A minha estadia foi um pouco desconfortável.
