The air conditioner cannot be adjusted to a moderate extent. It blowed either strongly or not working. Hotel staff is very friendly.

The male receptionist when i arrived was rude with a 'your problem' attitude when they had only recieved a booking for 1 room from Expedia when I had booked 2 (and had the documentation to prove it) These things happen but what really disgusted me was his attitude. There was no effort to resolve the issue and after initially being told there was only one double room available, after i insisted it wasn't suitable, suddently two more singles rooms appeared. Apart from this, the rooms where tiny and very basic. It was poor even for a 2 star establishment.

The hotel is in bad condition. Everything is horrible; from towels to mattress, to bathroom, mold everywhere. However, location at its best... very kind staf...

You get what you pay for

So this hotel was cheap - and cheap was what i got. The first room they gave me i couldn't sleep in after one night because it was too noisy because of traffic. The next day i complained and they moved me to a room one floor lower facing the same direction!! I told them it's still noisy so they gave me a room on the quiet(er) side. i stayed 6 nights in total. No one at the reception desk spoke a word of english. The WiFi dropped out constantly. You have to wait for reception to let you through the front door which is a pain in the butt when there's no one sitting at the desk. The room was dated. The bathroom tiny. There's no shelves in the bathroom to put your toiletries so you have to put them on the floor. the toilet in the second room i stayed in was so close to the shower that i had to sit sideways. Breakfast is included and was consistant. Warm sausages, scrambled eggs, fruit, cold meats, yoghurt etc. It was a nice way to start the day. Generally i go for cheap because at the end of the day it's simply a roof over my head, a bed and a shower otherwise i'm not there. But although this place was cheap it did come close to be unbearable at times. The location was pretty good. Close to the supermarket, Subway and a few cafes and a short (uphill) walk to Paulista Ave

Hotel bem padrão, mas pedi na recepção se poderia ficar um tempo extra após o horário do checkout pois tinha uma importante vídeo chamada que se finalizaria por volta do horário em que deveria deixar o quarto, meio dia. Ao meio dia e quinze minutos a recepção me ligou indagando se eu não deixaria o quarto, interrompendo minha reunião e logo em seguida a internet foi cortada, me fazendo cair da ligação. Não recomendo o local!

Tudo minúsculo, diferente das fotos. Colchão velho, com um buraco no meio. Estacionamento… é uma pequena garagem apertada. Tudo muito fraco.
