Stylish and comfortable apartment, with one of the entrances through the famous Praça Benedito Calixto, also a 10-minute walk from Oscar Freire or Vila Madalena. With an industrial concept, it has an open and well-equipped kitchen, including an oven, comfortable bed, cupboards, air conditioning and other various facilities.

Building with excellent structure: swimming pool, gym, laundry (included in the price, but the service takes 3 working days to be carried out) and secure garage.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document prior to arrival. After booking, you must send us an ID photo of all guests.

Visitors are not allowed.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is by 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask and we will check availability.

Stained bed linen and towels may be charged. Do not use the trousseau to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas of the building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.
