Bom custo x beneficio até a data

Na média. Entregaram-nos uma unidade com o ralo do chuveiro entupido que alagou todo o banheiro, porém foi resolvido no outro dia pela manutenção. Tem cozinha completa mas sem nenhuma bucha e detergente para lavar a louça e talheres. Não tem regras claras para o descarte do lixo. No mais o preço x beneficio compensou!
