Carlos

Face recognition required to get in and out. Took hour for company to convey information to apartment after finally filled out all the additional info requested to stay. Then face recognition to get out did not recognize face so had to wait an hour for someone to open door to leave. Had continuing issues with the face recognition. Onsite manager could not override, had to go through company. Room was ok but won’t be back after being stuck in/out of building.
