The e staff was very helpful the area is not so much especially during the weekend because everything is closed around the hotell and on weekdays is too much traffic

O hotel possui uma excelente localização. Seria ideal mais elevadores disponíveis, pois trata-se de um hotel que recebe pessoas interessadas em comprar em quantidade. Com a quantidade de elevadores atuais, o tempo de espera é alto levando mais de 30 minutos. Quanto ao chek-in, é necessário melhorar, pois o local fica no subsolo, extremamente abafado e lotado. Se o checkin ocorrer por volta das 16h, o hóspede esperará pelo menos por umas 2h. Quanto ao atendimento da recepção, atendentes malhumorados, sem empatia.

Foi boa a estadia, ja fiquei outras vezes, o hotel é limpo, seguro, o ponto negativo é a falta de internet, não pegava do 17 andar !

Hotel limpo, funcionários atenciosos, mas algumas coisas estava sucateadas. No quarto em que fiquei a luzes de cabeceiras das duas camas não funcionavam. O secador estava quebrado, mas foi prontamente trocado por um novo. Na última noite o controle do ar condicionado parou de funcionar e não conseguimos dormir. Não conseguimos falar com a recepção. E se for para lazer, melhor não ficar de domingo para segunda, pois enche de sacoleiros que sem nenhum respeito falam alto, gargalham, sobem e descem sem parar e usam os corredores do hotel para embalar suas compras.
