Absolutely not luxury as described. Checkin complicated, nobody speaks english. And then they want to charge fees for a used dirty towel with Coca Cola on it… ridiculous

Pontos positivos: localização e ducha. Pontos negativos: lugar (apartamento) bem pequeno, toalhas de banho bem ruins , a pia do banheiro é ridícula de tão pequena, mal dá para lavar as mãos....e as janelas não são anti ruído, ou seja, passei a noite em claro , por causa do barulho da rua.

Estadia agradável, mas com ajustes necessários

Gostamos bastante do local, que é agradável, bem localizado e conta com uma equipe de funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Destacamos também os recursos disponíveis, como serviço de manobrista, mini mercado e aluguel de objetos, que agregam muito à estadia. No entanto, tivemos alguns inconvenientes relacionados ao apartamento. Encontramos a janela aberta ao chegar e, infelizmente, não conseguimos fechá-la, pois o acesso à chave não estava disponível. Além disso, a porta da sacada possuía um vão considerável e também não pôde ser devidamente fechada. Esses fatores permitiram a entrada de vento frio, o que comprometeu um pouco o conforto, especialmente durante a noite. Tivemos também um contratempo com a questão do estacionamento, já que não fomos informados previamente da necessidade de cadastrar a placa do veículo com antecedência. Isso acabou atrasando o nosso check-in, pois foi necessário entrar em contato com a empresa para resolver a situação. Apesar desses pontos, o apartamento é bonito, ideal para duas pessoas, bem equipado e confortável. Acreditamos que, com pequenos ajustes, a experiência pode se tornar ainda melhor.
