It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa and a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, perfect for relaxing. Step onto the furnished terrace and immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring beauty of the surrounding mountains, where every moment becomes a picturesque experience.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals and a dining area where you can dine with your loved one.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

São Vicente is a charming neighbourhood located on the island of Madeira, Portugal. Nestled amidst lush green mountains and natural beauty, this neighbourhood offers a tranquil and picturesque setting. São Vicente is famous for its stunning landscapes, including rugged cliffs, deep valleys, and lush forests, making it a paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The neighbourhood is also known for its natural attractions, such as the São Vicente Caves and Volcanism Centre, where visitors can explore underground lava tubes and learn about the island's volcanic history.

Additionally, São Vicente features traditional Madeiran architecture with colourful houses and narrow streets, adding to its unique charm. The neighbourhood offers a range of amenities, including local shops, cafes, and restaurants where visitors can savour delicious Madeiran cuisine. The property is easily accessible only by car.

Madeira Airport International Cristiano Ronaldo is a 44-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
